Juan C. Velasquez, Esq.
Mr. Juan C. Velasquez, Esq. earned his B.A. from Florida International University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) organization. Mr. Velasquez was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Velasquez practiced with a law firm representing the insurance companies in complex personal injury, property damage insurance litigation disputes in addition to various commercial litigation matters ranging from debtor-creditor rights, breach of contract, business torts, as well as personal property
Mr. Velasquez is a member of the Florida Bar and was admitted to practice law before the U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2012.
